Dr. Megan Riehl is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Michigan and has a full-time clinical practice, leads GI behavioral health trainings and provides peer consultation. She also holds several leadership positions within Michigan Medicine committed to diversity, equity, inclusion and well-being. She is on the national board of trustees with the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. She has a new book titled Mind Your Gut: The Science-based, Whole-body Guide to Living Well with IBS and co-hosts The Gut Health Podcast. Regarding self-care, Dr. Riehl loves to hop on the Peloton for classes featuring 90s and 2000s rap or get outside for adventures with her family.
