Florence-Damilola Odufalu, MD is a board certified gastroenterologist and Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Department of Medicine, Division of Gastrointestinal and Liver Diseases at Keck School of Medicine (KSOM) of the University of Southern California (USC). Dr. Odufalu specializes in treated complex inflammatory bowel diseases, including Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. Dr. Odufalu received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis with a minor emphasis in African & African American studies. She received her M.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine. Dr. Odufalu completed Internal Medicine residency at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She completed GI & Hepatology Fellowship training at Saint Louis University Hospital. She completed Advanced Inflammatory Bowel Disease fellowship at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Dr. Odufalu’s research interests are focused on IBD in pregnancy, IBD disparities, outcomes and therapeutics in immigrants and ethnic minorities with IBD.
