Dr. Rabinowitz is a gastroenterologist and clinical researcher in IBD and women's health at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) and Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. She also conducts research in workforce equity in medicine, and has led national studies on gender dynamics in medical education, mentorship, ergonomics, and parental leave in gastroenterology. She was nominated as a Healio Rising Disruptor in 2022, 2023, 2024, is a member of the American Gastroenterology Association’s Women’s Committee, and was a prior member of the American College of Gastroenterology’s Women in GI committee.
